Trainee Estate Agent

Salary: GBP15-17k basic, OTE GBP40k+

Cassidy Jones Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading independent Estate Agency, to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to be based in their busy Ewell branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join this growing team at an exciting time.

The Role:

• Arrange and attend viewings.
• Manage and maintain client relationships.
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone.
• Generating appointments for viewings and valuations.
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available.
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input.
• Work towards meeting and achieving individual and office targets.

Requirements:

• Preferred minimum of 1 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator, will consider a Trainee who would like to kick start their career within this industry.
• Hold a full UK Drivers Licence.
• Target Driven.
• Have outstanding Customer Service.
• Ability to build, develop and maintain a client base.

Benefits:

• 15-17k basic dependent on experience plus commission
