I am currently recruiting for an RLO to work for an award winning housing developer in Kent!

I have an exciting, long term opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join and develop and grow with this developer on a permanent basis! Not sold yet? WAIT until you see the salary!

Roles and Responsibilities of a Resident Liaison Officer:

  • Carrying out detailed Pre-Condition Surveys.
  • Coordinating Resident Decant / Move back Programme.
  • Day to day resident liaison.
  • Liaising with Housing Association staff.
  • Liaising with private owners / landlords.
  • Close cooperation with the construction team.
  • Preparation of regular customer service reports.
  • Attendance at occasional 'Resident Open Days
  • Flexibility & willingness to carry out general duties to assist the team and facilitate the programme.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • The ability to multitask
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
