Our Client, located in Bracknell, has a newly created position for a Part Time Accounts Assistant. You will be joining a small, friendly and hardworking team, where the business owner provides a fun and welcoming work-environment. The business owner takes pride in looking after the team and organization, looking after and rewarding staff along the way.

The company has a distinct family-feel to their setting and as such, the person must be prepared to work in a "small-company" environment! (Onsite parking is available)

Experience required:

• Competent in the use of SAGE line 50
• Previous experience of working as an Accounts Assistant

The role:

• Inputting supplier invoices
• Pre payments
• Producing customer invoices
• Credit Control
• Inputting Credit card entries
• Mileage
• Debtor and creditor reports
• Journaling
• Filing

If you have previous experience in VAT returns, this would be a distinct advantage

Hours of work:

No less than 4 days a week, a minimum of 15 hours per week.
