Nothing But Recruitment are currently recruiting for a business analyst who has experience of working on Adults and Children's LiquidLogic implementations and who has extensive experience of designing and building forms in form designer.

Job title: LiquidLogic Business Analyst

Hour per week: 37

Shift Pattern: 9am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday

Pay rate: GBP45.00 to GBP50.00 per hour

Role Length - Feb 2019 to March 2020

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The successful candidate will work alongside the Workstream Leads and take a lead role in ensuring the system is designed, built and tested to meet business requirements within timescales.

The business analyst must have experience in the following areas:

• Design and configuration of a LAS, LCS and EHM case management systems to meet business requirements including form designer.

• Undertaking a gap analysis and defining 'to be' processes.

• Writing test scripts and leading testing sessions.

• Writing system guidance and supporting user training

• Deliver training sessions as required

As a Business Analyst your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in defining software requirements and design
  • Assisting customers in assessing how Liquidlogic software can be tailored to match their service needs
  • Assisting customers to convert this to configuration settings within Liquidlogic systems
  • Taking responsibility for creating, building and testing forms within the Liquidlogic systems using Liquidlogic Form Designer Tool
  • Undertaking software configuration to participate in the process of building and releasing software to customers
  • Answering queries from customers regarding configuration and form design/build
  • Configuring the Liquidlogic software for customers
  • Creating/updating documentation
  • Assisting with the analysis of issues relating to the Liquidlogic Children's & Education systems
  • Participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and product designs
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
  • Collaborating with customers and field staff to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend potential solutions
  • Reviewing software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
