The PPC Manager Role:

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious PPC manager to join one of our startups in the financial services industry. As a PPC Manager, you will be delivering exceptional figures that will contribute in turning the financial services industry on its head. Led by inspirational and dynamic senior managers, the company has built its success on being agile and making critical decisions without a bureaucratic environment so there is never a delay in the process. 

The ideal candidate is expected to take ownership of new paid search activity for the business. You will be responsible for implementing large scale campaigns across all paid search platforms.

PPC Manager Responsibilities:

+ Complete P/L responsibility for one or more PPC accounts for the business.
+ Writing strong and effective ads for maximum CTR and conversion
+ A/B testing ad copy, landing pages & other account areas.
+ Creating paid search strategies to meet an KPIs.
+ Showing initiative in identifying areas for improvement in the account
+ Keeping up to date with search & PPC related trends and industry developments

PPC Manager Key Requirements:

+ 2 years experience managing PPC accounts
+ Experience managing large account budgets
+ Experienced in optimising campaigns to a target CPA and volume
+ Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
+ Understanding of scripts and how to use them to better the account performance
+ Comfortable with keyword bidding both automated/ manually
+ Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical with a passion for analysis and the ability to turn the data into actions. You like reports and numbers but only when they help you to achieve your goals.

Desirable skills:

+ Experience with another paid discipline (native, social) is a plus
+ Any additional language is a plus
