Internal account sales manager

Garrards Timber is a regional timber merchant selling timber based products throughout the North of England. We are a family owned firm very much at the cutting edge of merchanting with our modern outlook and commitment to quality, good service and innovative products.

We currently require a dynamic and self motivated sales person to work in our busy internal sales office. Your role will include building your own accounts ledger by selling a wide range of timber based products to existing customers and also finding new. You will also work with our external sales team helping process their orders and handle incoming sales telephone calls.

This is a role best suited to the self motivated as you will be ultimately judged on the business you win and the sales ledger you build, you will be joining a competitive team who will offer all the support and assistance you may need.

If this is you then please apply, experience in the timber trade or builders merchants trade is preferred however we invite applications from persons with transferable skills. 

The hours will be 7.30 am to 5pm with 21 days holiday entitlement, we would also expect you to work at least one Saturday morning a month to cover our trade counter.
