We’re now looking for two Housing and Development Apprentices to join us on a two year apprenticeship.

During your apprenticeship, you’ll have the chance to work as part of our Customer Access, Homes & Communities and Development teams, giving you an in-depth understanding of how we operate.
You’ll undertake a structured training programme to gain your industry qualification and will have the opportunity to meet customers and visit our new housing development schemes and existing properties.
The Role
As a Housing and Development Apprentice, you will gain valuable skills while working across our Housing Services and Development functions.
You’ll undertake a comprehensive training and development plan and learn how we build amazing homes for communities throughout Cornwall.
As part of your role, you’ll be required to travel locally to visit our programme sites and meet with customers.
About You
While no experience is required, to join us as a Housing and Development Apprentice, you’ll need:
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
- The ability to work flexible hours
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
It would be great if you have previously been involved in after-school activities, sports clubs, community or youth clubs, but this isn’t essential. A Levels, an HNC or HND qualifications would also be beneficial.
Other organisations may call this role Apprentice, Housing Services Apprentice, Trainee Housing Development Assistant, Junior Property Development Assistant, Property Development Apprentice or Junior Housing Project Assistant.
The closing date for applications is the 18th February 2019, with interviews scheduled to be held on the week commencing the 25th February 2019.
As Coastline Housing provides services to vulnerable people, the successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check.
