Essential requirements:
* Strong customer service background within the travel industry is essential
* Competent and confident in the use of systems (an understanding of flight reservation systems an advantage but not essential)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential
* Competent numeracy skills
* Must have a flair for providing a great service over the phone.
