Our client is a hugely successful law firm seeking a dedicated PA to join their team. You will be responsible for providing a 5* support service to a group of lawyers.

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with queries in a professional manner
• Preparing and distributing agendas, itineraries and meeting papers
• Diary and inbox management for a team of lawyers
• Planning and managing work flow delegation

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience of providing support to multiple people
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• A team player
• The confidence to work closely with people of all levels
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
