Our Bristol based client who specialise in offering a full range of property services to commercial clients require an FM Consultant who will offer consultancy advice to their varied client base.

Our client is a property consultancy based out of Bristol.
Description
As an FM Consultant you will be providing advice to a range of clients on FM services and in particular you will be advising on service charge budgets.
This is a heavily client facing role that will involve national travel. Typically you be providing consultancy advice to clients on the following matters:
- Service charge liability
- Lease compliance
- PPM programmes
- Life-cycle costs
- Reviewing service charge budgets
- Reviewing sinking funds
- Repairs and refurbishment proposals
- Analysing building operational costs and supplier contracts
Profile
To be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of general property management and commercial leases as well as FM services.
Ideally this role would suit either a Chartered Surveyor or a Facilities Manager who is coming from a Managing Agent or Building Services background.
The role is Bristol based so ideally you will live in or around the Bristol region.
