Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting, fast paced role in Edinburgh?
Our client, a large public sector organisation, is looking for an HR Adviser for an initial 9 month contract.
You will be based in central Edinburgh however must have a driving licence as will be required to travel to other locations throughout Scotland.
You will support the HR Operations Manager by providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR services.
Responsibilities:
?? Support non-complex case work of various case types
?? Manage absence cases and advise on policy and procedures
?? Provide advice to managers and employees on policy
?? Support the recruitment process
?? Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
?? Support the HR Ops Manager with various HR projects
Requirements:
?? Experience of working in a similar role providing HR guidance to managers
?? A background of managing a varied HR caseload
?? Working knowledge of employment law
?? CIPD qualified
?? Current UK Driving Licence
