Job Title - Goods in Operative
Reports to - Operations Manager
Role Requirements
* To ensure that all incoming material is received, inspected, identified and located as per group policies
Duties and Responsibilities
* Issue of materials and kit parts and stock into relevant departments
* Maintain traceability of stock using Emax as per our quality system
* Stock Control
* Occasional driving to transport goods as and when required.
Competencies
* Flexibility.
* Ability to work with others to communicate and adapt to changing requirements.
* Able to follow program timescale with reporting accuracy.
* Ability and willingness to work with others to provide a secure and safe working environment.
* Demonstrate willingness to assist other departments.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
* Vital that the material being inputted into the system is correct and is fit for purpose.
* Material should be booked in within the time limits allowed and correctly.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Health and safety awareness.
* Previous experience in a similar role
