DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN

Part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year).

Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Friday.

Salary: £14,025.78 to £16,280.34 (FTE £17,419 to £20,219)

The College is seeking a technician to provide proactive support in our Product Design & Engineering Department. You will assist with the setting up, checking, maintenance, organising and storing of equipment and assisting in practical classes.

Previous experience in the preparation of wood, metal and plastics is highly desirable along with good interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge of CAD/CAM would be an advantage. Occasional evening work will be required.
