Mobile Response/Call Centre Operator

Mobile Response/Call Centre Operator (Full-time) – Temporary 6 month post
You will need to be prepared to work a rotating shift pattern Hincluding days, afternoons, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
Salary – From £ 21,036 per annum plus 13% unsociable hours payment. The shifts are 7.30am – 3.30pm, 3.30pm – 11.30pm, 11.30pm – 7.30am and will include weekends. .
You will work as part of the small, friendly FirstCall team, communicating with elderly/vulnerable clients through a telecommunication system as well as undertaking mobile duties, including routine visits and emergency response calls in this challenging, yet rewarding role. The ability to undertake administration duties and produce clear and accurate reports is essential. Knowledge of Burton and surrounding areas is desirable. Full, clean driving licence is required.
