We’re now looking for an Office Support and Data Administrator to join our friendly team in Exeter on a part time basis working 20 hours per week.

You’ll have a wide variety of tasks within your remit and plenty of chances to get involved with projects and additional activities to maintain your engagement.

Your Role 

As an Office Support and Data Administrator, you will provide an outstanding administrative service to the company. 

Primarily working with data generated from our various activities, you’ll draft reports, documents, presentations and templates using raw data, create client contacts on our in-house system and collate business KPIs. 

Additionally, you’ll act in a support capacity for our Senior Team, offering a PA service to four of our Directors, and booking events, logistics and internal staff travel, as well as completing various office duties. 

About You 

To be considered as our Office Support and Data Administrator, you will need: 

- A good understanding of Microsoft Packages in particular, excellent Excel skills 
- A friendly, approachable attitude 
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
- Excellent organisation and planning abilities
