Now, we’re looking for two Client Services Co-ordinators to join our team in Milton Keynes and support the certification of medical devices.

The Role
As a Client Services Co-ordinator, you will support the certification process for medical devices for our clients.
Specifically, you will deliver CE marking and other certification services for medical devices to demonstrate that they have met safety standards.
Joining our Global Medical Devices Operations Team, you will support customers in achieving and maintaining certification for their products. You will achieve this by drafting, issuing, suspending or cancelling certificates, auditing, invoicing, generating work orders and processing work flow.
Your activities will also include:
- Providing support to the Technical, Operations and Finance teams
- Actioning reports issued by the Operations and Finance teams
- Supporting the Technical Team Leader and other colleagues as required
About You
To be considered as a Client Services Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience of working in customer service coupled with administration and organisational skills
- Familiarity with invoicing, query resolution and complaints handling
- A good level of IT literacy including familiarity with MS Windows, Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
Ideally, you’ll have experience with SAP or another enterprise level finance application, but this is by no means essential.
