Head Chef - Work Life Balance - Ware - Stunning School - Circa GBP36,000 per annum****
A fantastic opportunity has come about for a passionate Head Chef to join one of the countries leading contract caterer. If you are looking for work life balance, and still the opportunity to push your career to the next level then this could be the chance for you.
You will be leading a brigade of 11, on a 5 over 7 basis but will have control over the rota. Your day to day will consist of catering for around 1000 at lunch and the 110 boarders for breakfast and dinner.
If you have previously been a Head Chef, Chef Manager or Cook Manager and are able to support your team as well as ensuring suitable menus are of a consistent high level of food quality then we would love to hear from you.
You will need to have a strong functions background as they have a strong hospitality side of the business out of usual business hours. This can be banquets, fine dining sit down meals, canape evening and many more.
You will inspire others with your knowledge and passion for your craft with a flair for all things food; you will assess the food service offer and identify how to deliver required improvements through a site development programme and action plan.
This role is not for the faint hearted and is a very hands on position especially when it comes to effectively utilising your work force. However this is a great chance to have work life balance but still have the excitement of a varied catering role.
