Sales Manager - Health & Fitness

4Leisure are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants within a premium Health & Fitness facility in Tonbridge. Within this Country Club style location you will be a custodian for outstanding customer service, this is an fantastic opportunity for a candidate to make their mark with one of the leading operators in the market.

We're looking for Sales Manager candidates who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual an team targets in a competitive marketplace that moves at pace.

• To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
• To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from GM and Regional Sales Manager
• To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
• To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met

We are looking for candidates from within the health and fitness industry but we will consider people from other backgrounds as long as they have managed teams through their daily KPI's and have consistently hit monthly targets within a fast paced environment.
