A Council in Bedfordshire are looking for an Enforcement Officer to assist them with a backlog of cases for an initial contract of 6 months, with the likely potential for extension. My client can offer flexible working arrangements and are looking to pay approx. GBP35 p/h.
Responsibilities will include:
* Taking on a range of cases.
* Conducting site visits.
* Liaising with members of the public.
* Drafting Notices, and preparing written evidence.
It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience in a similar role.
The Council can be flexible in terms of working arrangements and home working, offering a compressed week or 2 days a week from home. The role is inside IR35 and they are looking to pay around GBP35 p/h.
