Paul Mitchell Associates is a market leading independent consultancy specialising in the recruitment of Accountancy/Financial/Commercial and Office staff. We are seeking an additional self-motivated recruitment consultant due to growth and expansion of both the temporary and permanent divisions.
As a Consultant, your role will involve working with current and new clients, sourcing and recruiting staff for vacancies and building long term relationships.

Candidates should be well educated, ideally to degree level and be commercially aware, coupled with excellent inter-personal skills. You will ideally possess a minimum of 18 months experience in recruitment or sales. It is essential that all candidates possess a full driving licence and a car.
The base salary is negotiable for the right candidate and includes a generous performance related bonus, private health, 25 days holiday plus additional benefits.
