In this role, you will undertake work planning, administrative duties and financial and statistical functions in support of all Commercial Services Delivery teams providing a planned maintenance/works, repairs, modernisation and voids service.
You will have worked in a customer focused environment and have excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will be competent in office procedures and have an understanding of repairs reporting, maintenance and/or scheduling.
