Scope of the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate UX Consultant to join our growing CX team in London.
Your main responsibility is to support Consultants and Senior Consultants on the design and implementation of larger user experience projects and to deliver smaller user experience projects with guidance and limited support from senior consultants. Tasks are likely to be many and varied; you will be expected to deliver work across several areas of including research and design, but may be stronger in one discipline.
Responsibilities:
Deliver with guidance from senior UX staff or work independently on small to medium projects:
- Design and delivery of user research, including discussion guide creation, moderation, data reduction Creation of research/design artefacts such as user journeys, persona’s, storyboards, and scenarios
- Manage small research projects in terms of compliance and consent, development of recruitment briefs, screener and working with recruiters to manage participants
- and analysis and development of recommendations from insights.
Deliver with guidance from senior UX staff or work independently on small to medium projects:
- Design and delivery of usability testing for in-situ, and remote moderated studies
- Reduction and analysis of data
- Development of a findings report and recommendationsPerform expectancy testing
- Perform expert reviews and use heuristic scorecards for evaluation

- Work with project team to understand and articulate research issues and design rational
- Project management – managing research or design activities assigned, keeping in sync with other project members and deliverables
- Apply best practices for user experience design and research to their work
- Work closely with senior staff to understand and begin to contribute to new project scoping, approaches taken and scheduling so that it can be delivered upon.
- Ensure that research results and insights are communicated to the client and the project team.
- Develop and document user interface design recommendations based on outcome of research and communicate
- Develop documents and presentations as client quality deliverables
Ensure that research is completed on schedule and that results are communicated to the client and the project team
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline, advanced degree welcome.
- On site content creation experience (wireframing, usability, functional design)
- Ability to translate learning needs analysis into meaningful and structured learning events;
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;
- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
- Self-discipline for planning and organising tasks;
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
