Senior HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading FMCG in their search for a Senior HR Advisor based in Doncaster. This is a permanent role with a salary ranging between GBP28-GBP35k based on experience.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a senior role and has previously looked after complex Employee Relations cases.
Main Duties include but not limited to:
??Supporting managers, supervisors and team leaders with all HR related issues with discretion.
??Assist the Head of HR in the management of complex ER processes when relevant including re-structure, redundancy and TUPE.
??Supporting the head of HR with project work.
??Providing guidance to members of the HR team regarding casework.
??Working with management teams to ascertain performance levels and make appropriate recommendations
We are looking for:
??CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
??Previous experience in dealing with complex ER cases.
??Experience dealing with and working closely with relevant managers.
??Experience in managing restructure and TUPE processes.
??Experience working with a unionised environment.
Due to the size of the company, travel do different sites will be required as and when needed.
