Night Manager GBP27k - Ascot
Juice Hospitality are recruiting for an experienced Night Manager for a large venue based in Ascot, Berkshire.
This is a permanent full time position.
As Night Manager your role will be to ensure a professional and consistent level of service throughout the night. You will be responsible for the Hotel Systems night audit and running a smooth front desk operation. Your operational duties will involve handling all guest concerns, following through on these and solving to satisfaction. Ensuring appropriate follow up, recording and hand over. You will also be responsible for staff on site, staff management and hotel protocol for Health, Fire and Safety. The ideal person for this role will have experience in front of house procedures, excellent factual knowledge about the hotel and become knowledgeable about the services available. They will also have a strong staff management background, an understanding of operational service within luxury hotels and be able to lead and motivate by example
