Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for a new position with a fine dining restaurant within a high end hotel in the Berkshire area for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Gastro higher end venue set within a luxury hotel.
This venue has established an excellent reputation for both its flair, style and level of service and the overall objective of the role will be to ensure this is continued and exceeded and that a smooth running service is maintained by means of strong leadership, training and supervision as well as day to day management.
Alongside the operational duties you will become more involved with the management structure, researching new methods to improve service, helping with marketing as well as ensuring training is carried out, conducting work trials for new members and monitoring and handling small disciplinary matters.
This role requires experience from candidates within the hospitality industry, ideally higher levels of service from 2AA - 3AA Rosette or Higher level Gastro, or Michelin though other levels considered.
In return a generous basic salary and benefits and a real opportunity to develop yourself.
The position is over 48 hours a week with 2 days off and offers a generous salary and benefits package. It offers a very good career opportunity to the right candidate to move forward within 5* environments
