Our client has an opportunity for a Shirt & Woven Designer to join their Design Department.
This role will be responsible for designing and developing seasonal ranges of shirts, trousers and shorts, whilst meeting their brand's pricing architecture. You will work with the Head of Design and textile designers to develop your ideas into modern, contemporary ranges.

You will carry out trend research and highlight emerging trends, mapping out your ideas into design boards to be created into CADS. You will share your ideas with our buyers and technical teams, proactively chasing approvals for production.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position and as such will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of design processes and the Shirt & Woven product. You will have a natural creative flair but will also be able show your commercial awareness and understanding of designing to price points. You will have excellent IT skills, particularly in Illustrator and Photoshop, and will be able to create original print / pattern artworks.

Due to nature of the role you will occasionally be required to travel so a level of flexibility is required.
