About the role:
Our Client has an opportunity for an experienced Qualitative Research Manager to join the new Evidence and Impact Team.

Within the role, you will own the full research process, from project design to report writing, working with colleagues and external partners to analyse and present evidence in the most effective way. Scoping and developing content to meet our Client’s outcomes on housing, work and social security, you will also support junior researchers, and the growth and development of the team.

It’s not right that millions of people are locked in poverty in the UK and that’s why they’ve made it their mission to solve it. Our Client’s new strategy will work alongside their partners to build public and political will for change and the demand for solutions

About you:
They are looking for someone with extensive experience of using qualitative methods, including managing focus groups and conducting direct interviews, in relation to social and economic issues or social policy.

They need someone who will be able to support more junior staff to carry out qualitative research, with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences. With project management experience, and a collaborative approach, they are looking for a team player who is focussed on using research for social change.

About us:
Our Client is a social change organisation with a 100-year history. They are built on trust, show they care, and exist to make a difference.
They work with others to put forward sector-leading research, evidence, solutions and stories to the UK’s influencers and decision-makers.
They believe that a prosperous poverty-free UK is within reach - they just need more people to believe it too.

To make their vision a reality they need talent, ideas, skills and passion, plus they need to change some of what they do and how they do it. So, they’re embarking on a significant period of change - change that will see them become an outcomes-focused organisation that embraces new ways of working and modern practices.

If you share their passion, then they need to hear from you.

Closing date for applications is Sunday 3 March 2019

In support of their approach to flexible working they are happy to receive applications from those seeking full time employment, as well as those who may want to share the role on a part time basis.
