Building Surveyor (MRICS Project Manager) - Colchester
GBP30k-GBP40k + Full APC Support + Benefits
My client is a leading Property Consultancy specialising within Surveying, Architecture, Planning and Project Management. An increase in project load has seen an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor with a bias toward Project Management to join their team base dout of Colchester.
This Building Surveyor position is a fantastic opportunity to work within a consultancy that prides itself on quality and tailoring services to each client, whilst providing you the opportunity to work through your APC diary and competencies through a structured program in house led by regulated and qualified assessors.
To be considered for this Building Surveyor position that offers you a range of small to large sized projects, Residential property and Commercial property focused properties and a healthy office and site based split, you will need the following:
* RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying - 2:1 minimum classification
* 1-3 years POST-degree Building Surveyor experience, both Professional Services and Project Management experience will be considered.
* Actively working towards the APC program or already chartered.
* Residential property / Commercial property Building Surveyor experience
* Excellent communication skills and able to run and attend client meetings / inspections
* Access to your own vehicle
