Warehouse Charge Hand
Location: Inverness
Contract: 5 days over 7, initial temporary contract with a view to go permanent.
GBP20k + bonus + benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the of our warehouse/distribution Customer Service Centre in Inverness.
Team Knowhow Customer Service Centres are all about ensuring our customers' have a great experience when their products are delivered, installed and repaired.
As a Charge hand you will support the on the road team with day-to-day general operational tasks.
Ensure the department operates in an efficient and cost-effective way, managing daily tasks to deliver great customer service. Deliver the group's values of focusing on our customers, controlling our costs and taking care of our products.
What will I be doing?
•Supporting with all day to day operational tasks, ensuring vans are loaded in a timely and correct manner and all paperwork is correct.
•Communicate with the Customer Service centre team ensuring all relevant information is briefed to the on the road team
•Ensure all documentation and systems processes are carried out correctly and efficiently
•Ensure that all activities at the customer service centre are carried out in accordance with appropriate legislation and company security and health and safety policies and procedures
•Efficiently deal with all goods entering and leaving the warehouse environment whilst helping to control cost, taking care of our products and assist in all other warehouse requirements.

•Experience within a structured and disciplined role
•Ability to make timely decisions
•Proven experience within warehouse operations
•Customer / market focus
•Demonstrate a clear passion for customer service
•Be able to carry out product handling and general warehouse activities
•Driving License required - (3.5 tonnes)
