A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Surveyor in one of the South West's most recognisable client-side organisations.
My client has a national portfolio that is currently under review and therefore presents an opportunity to acquire and dispose of strategic land plots, undertake planning and development options as well as on going management duties. you will liaise with local authorities, potential buyers assisting in all aspects of the departments activity.
You will work as part of a small team alongside senior colleagues where a variety of responsibility will be given. You will be self-motivated and keen to develop your skillset.
This opportunity would suit a Real Estate graduate with an RICS accredited degree looking to gain a wide range of experience whilst working toward MRICS status within a client-side organisation that values quality work above all else.
