Organisation Development and Diversity AssistantLocation: Moorgate, LondonContract type: PermanentHours per week: 20Salary: GBP 20,000 - 22,500 pro rata per annum DOE (including London weighting) We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisation Development and Diversity Assistant who will provide administrative and coordination support to the Organisation Development and Diversity team to deliver an effective and efficient customer focused service. What you will be doingAs Organisation Development (OD) and Diversity Assistant you will manage the team email accounts and queries, coordinate team updates and support the development of the OD and Diversity Intranet pages (RedRoom). You'll learn more about the work the OD & Diversity team does. The successful candidate will perform general administration support, including preparation of reports, creation and manipulation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. You will also be responsible for meetings and conferencing arrangements, booking venues, managing diaries and liaising with delegates.About the teamThe central Diversity team, within the Organisation Development and Diversity Department, consists of the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, two Diversity Development Officers, as well as occasional fixed term specialist staff working on focused projects.
