To ensure accurate and timely delivery of Salaried, and Lifelites payrolls and to manage the reporting and administration of all benefits.
To support the Assistant Director - HR services to provide a HR service , Lifelites and Head Office including coordination of non management recruitment activities, provision of advice and guidance on day to day employee relations matters to first line managers, HR policy development and support with employee engagement and internal communications initiatives.
To provide accurate and timely data to support HR and Salary surveys, benchmarking exercises and Pay Review processes.
