This brilliantly located south coast agency have gone from strength to strength over the last 2 years. Since their current Creative Director started 2 years ago, they've raised their creative profile immensely. They're ideas first, and creative is the lifeblood of what they do!

They are currently looking for an incredibly conceptual Senior Creative to join their 12-strong design team. You'd be paired up with an excellent writer in a creative team and tasked with generating ideas that tackle any brief thrown your way.

Briefs could range to a DM piece for a travel brand, an eBook for a tech company, a creative strategy piece for a start-up, an ABM campaign for a piece some cutting edge software, an internal engagement video for a global telecom company, and more!

The work is incredibly integrated, so you'd need to be comfortable working across print and digital, being media neutral and creative first. Another thing that is crucial is working on pitches that are imperative for business growth, so being able to articulate ideas in the written form would also be a huge plus.

You'll wear both hats at the same time, Art Director and Senior Designer, and in the absence of the Creative Director, there's the chance for a Senior Creative to act as the studio lead; motivating teams and leading by example on the design front.
