A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter to join one of our most successful clients at their office in Leeds City Centre.

In this challenging and diverse role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive end-to-end resourcing service for our Team whilst also managing operational requirements. Recruiting a plethora of highly sought-after vacancies through innovative direct recruitment methods (LinkedIn, CV Databases, Talent Pooling, Networking, Social Media, etc), you will strive to provide the Hiring Managers with the best possible candidates for their vacancies, manage processes through to completion and contribute new recruitment ideas.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an internal recruitment role and ideally a passion or experience within the technology field.  With an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment market and the different recruitment channels and tools available to source suitably qualified candidates.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about recruitment and technology, have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
