They specialise in recruiting both permanent and temporary staff for clients across a multitude of sectors and this role is based within the permanent division.
Your role will consist of:
* Creatively targeting new business
* Forging long term relationships with clients from a range of industries
* Candidate sourcing, interviewing, coaching and advising
* Advertising jobs, shortlisting and negotiating packages
* Face to face meetings to gather key client and candidate information
* Matching high calibre candidates to permanent placements
* Researching market opportunities
The role requires:
* Experience in the recruitment industry and educated to a good standard
* A proven track record in sales - including warm and cold calling, lead generating, business development, account management
* The ability to communicate well in a professional and friendly manner and to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of client's needs and matching requirements
* Competent in coaching, supporting, mentoring and guiding candidates and clients through the recruitment process
* Good at managing own workload, working independently and as part of a close team
* Lots of initiative, drive, motivation and energy to deliver a first class consultancy service
* Strong attention to detail when researching, writing, sourcing and job matching
* Excellent IT Skills
