Our client is looking for an experienced insurance professional to be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of all services for a portfolio of clients. You will review each client’s requirements, identifying where their services and products will meet their insurance needs. The role requires highly effective client engagement skills including professional indemnity knowledge and detailed technical insurance broking competence. The role is pivotal in ensuring the Company delivers outstanding client service, achieves client retention and delivers business growth. An excellent negotiator, you will be accustomed to expanding business through successful sales, whilst providing an excellent service to clients.
You’ll be confident and proactive with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be qualified to Cert CII and have strong knowledge of insurances processes and legislation. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities. With good general IT skills, you will be quick to learn their insurance software (Acturis) and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments.
