Self employed Electrician but fed up doing surveys, bidding for work, invoicing and waiting to get paid, no holiday pay?

Salary GBP35k, van (worth GBP5k pa, overtime GBP5k, phone & uniform cGBP1k + holiday pay = cGBP50k package and stability from long term contract business customers)
Join this local, well run and long established building services contractor with typical contracts maintaining pub chains and council buildings such as schools.
The business is busy and growing, currently employing 50 field engineers. Excellent career progression opportunities exists.
Area covered; is the South, not London.
Fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. Installing new electrical systems, including lighting and heating and undertake emergency call outs
Repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including rewiring, and monitoring
Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems, and ensure installations are to manufacturer standards, including in fire alarms and security systems
Knowledge of Siemens Building Management Systems and Phillips lighting systems would be beneficial
Essential;
Qualified Electrician
Possess working knowledge of IEE regulations, City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications, and inspection and testing certificate (2391)
Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements
Valid Driver's License
On call rota 1 week in 4 (additional standby pay and call out pay)
