Our prestigious client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to work for their two rosette hospitality and events company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
The events industry, with a strong focus on weddings
Multi-site management
High quality food (Rosette or Michelin standard)
Ability to manage large brigades of staff - both front of house and kitchen
An in depth knowledge of catering economics - Budgeting & forecasting
Great customer service and problem skills
Great all round communication and social skills
This position would suit someone who comes from either an AA Rosette or Michelin Star background.
This role pays up to GBP35,000 per annum depending on experience
