Our client, a well-respected and established Independent Estate Agency in Norwich are seeking a Trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator. The role will be varied, covering all aspects of Sales & Lettings duties.
The ideal candidate will have transferable skills that can be applied within Estate Agency, and provide excellent customer service. Full support and training will be given.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Registering Buyers /Vendors /Tenants /Landlords
- Arranging Viewings/ Valuations appointments
- Regular client contact
- Maximising business opportunities
- Canvas for new instructions
- Taking marketing photos & measurements
- Dealing with tenant queries and Applications
Works Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm, every Saturday 9am - 1pm
In return, our client can offer:
- Basic salary GBP13,000 - GBP15,000
