ARC are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working HR and Talent Acquisition Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience dealing with and introducing HR policies
- Dealing with circa 60 employees throughout the group
- Ensuring staff at all levels (including senior management) ad hear to all aspects of HR
- Experience in interviewing potential consultants
- Experience with headhunting potential consultants
- Able to travel to different offices (including South East) Expenses paid
- Expert organisational skills
- Work to a dedicated structure and KPI's
- Work to the highest standards of professionalism
Your time will be split between HR Management and Talent Acquisition, so being able to manage your time is of the up most importance. You will be expected to introduce robust HR policies to the group.
ARC are always looking for the next 'superstar' consultants to take our business forward and continue to be the leading recruitment agency in Norfolk, in your role as Talent Acquisition Manager it will be your responsibility to bring in the brightest new talent into an already excellent team.
You will report directly into a member of the Director/Senior Management team and will be expected to produce results in weekly 121 meetings.
