A large Security Systems Installations company is currently recruting for an Engineer Area Supervisor to join their team.and work in the North Kent areas.
The company install and maintain a large variety of electronic Fire Detection and Prevention System, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Warden Call systems and more for a large variety of customers across the country. They work a lot with local government clients but also commercial and blue chip organisations.
The Engineer Area Suervisor will be responasible for a team of engineers working across sites in the North Kent areas, they will be responsible for overseeing their work, managing some day to day organisations and prcoeedings. The Supervisor will be asked to help develop and train their team and pick up the challenging jobs that the other engineers cannot complete. Work closely with the manager and make sure the team works and achieves the targets they are tasked with.
The Engineer Supervisor will not be on the team call out rota.
The company is looking for a competent Multi Disciplined Security Engineer with good technical experience in CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Fault Finding and if possble IP systems and Fire Alarm Systems. The Applicant will need to have a strong senior engineer type background in a previous role or previous supervisory experience.
For the Applicant, there is an opportunity to head up an excellent team of engineers, working in a small geographical area on a variety of modern and interesting security systems. They will have the opporutnity work for a fast growing and developing company that has a structure and ladder to climb for career progression
