Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a 5*house-builder in Luton, on a new build development.
Our client are an award winning housebuilder who have a reputation for their high quality of work.
Due to organic growth within the sales team, our client are currently seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to hit the ground running on a flagship development consisting of 3 & 4 bedroom homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.
The job entails:
•Meeting and greeting visitors
•Dealing with enquiries via email and on the phone
•Conducting viewings
•Dealing with property vendors, brokers, and investors
•Reporting directly into the sales manager
•Chasing sales leads
