VACANCY NIGHT SHIFT SITE SUPERVISOR THE ROLE The Night Shift Site Supervisor is responsible for the effective running of the production departments on a predominantly nightly basis through management and organisation of the labour force to maximise productivity. This position is also responsiblefor analysing production targets, auditing quality, conducting H&S inspections and monitoring housekeeping in the department. The Night Shift Supervisor will also have an element of input into the medium and long term strategies for all manufacturing departments.
