Almshouse Caretaker, Barnstaple
Part time, 10 hours per week Monday – Friday inc
Salary range £5,280 - £6,336 pa
We are looking for a couple or single person to take on the residential role of Caretaker, for our Grade 1 listed Almshouses in Litchdon Street, Barnstaple.
The ideal candidates must have experience of dealing with people and a desire to live in an almshouse.
Duties include: onsite security, waste management, administration, health & safety testing and site maintenance.
