We are currently recruiting for the role of Clinical Systems IT Trainer. This exciting role will include considerable travelling and the opportunity to develop existing skills and develop your career further. 

We would welcome applications from candidates in Cornwall, North Wales, Staffordshire, The Midlands and The Wirral.

This will be a highly varied role requiring the postholder to perform several tasks including;

• Deliver training in a variety of settings and having the ability to adapt training to meet user requirements
• Responding to enquiries/queries regarding training and attending meetings and User Group Meetings
• Updating Company training documentation
• To promote the Company and its product and to maintain knowledge of current and future developments. 
• To take training support calls from the Service Desk when in the office
• Attend exhibitions, road=shows and other sales events in order to demonstrate the clinical software and assist with questions relating to the products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A good standard of general education
• A medical background, preferably general practice would be desirable but not essential
• A general computing qualification (Advantageous)
• To follow all aspects of GDPR and patient consent models
• Maintain excellent confidentiality
• The ability to effectively prioritise workload
• Hold a full clean driving license

Please note this role will include considerable travel and overnight stays as standard.
