What we are looking for
We're looking for Technical Claims Handlers to work on a full time temporary basis within a specialist team focussing on investigating Plevin, Pay Day Loans, Investment claims and both FOS / FSCS referrals. Successful candidates will have excellent customer skills, but also have a "can do" work attitude.
As a Technical Claims Handler you will be working within a busy team handling high volume of both outbound and inbound calls to our existing clients.
The calls focus on investigating on-going claims; obtaining important information in order to progress claims.
You will be required to advise clients regarding the claims process and take the opportunity to offer any other services that could potentially benefit them.
Essential Requirements;
* Minimum 2 years' experience in service or sales within a financial services or a claims management environment; specifically investments, FSCS or Pay Day Loans preferred, alongside PPI.
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Professional attitude.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
