Residential RICS Qualified Surveyors - Lancashire

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, who due to continued growth is looking to recruit experienced Residential RICS Qualified Surveyors across the North West.

An established practice in north-west providing Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys to a wide variety of lenders and private clients.

They have exciting expansion plans and fantastic opportunities for individuals to experience career development and growth within their organisation. With an internal policy to always, where possible, to promote from within ensuring lots of 'homegrown' managers and senior roles within the business.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• RICS and qualified and Registered Valuer
• MRICS or FRICS qualified would be preferred but not essential
• Capable of working independently, home based
• Good communication skills required
• Must be computer literate with standard industry software

As a Residential RICS Qualified Surveyor, you will be required to work full-time hours.

In return, my client will offer:

• GBP30,000 - GBP60,000 Basic salary (Depending on experience)
• Plus commission
