We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work for a very successful property management company based in Southend.
You will take pride in delivering high quality property (block) management and maintenance and be able to create budgets for new business.
This is a senior Property Manager role so you will need to be IRPM qualified.
You will be responsible for residential blocks in the local area (Southend). Outstanding customer service skills are required and you will be used to working in a demanding and fast paced environment.
Salary range GBP30-35k.
