Administrator - Sales Department

Witley nr Godalming

The position if full time Monday to Friday 

The salary is from £18,000 k - £21,000 dependent on experience. 

  • To log overseas enquiries
  • The Administrator will prepare files
  • To prepare faxes and emails
  • Send out export enquiry sheets
  • The Administrator will following up with obtaining correct quotations with all information suitable for export quotations
  • Answer queries relating to suppliers and customers which will entail working on telephone, fax and email
  • Meeting with UK supplier at our office or at their UK works 
  • The Administrator will type and sending out quotations to customers
  • Working on freight rates by courier/air/sea and possible hazardous charges with the help of shipping department
  • General office duties
  • Scanning documents using the INVU computer system
  • The Administrator will type check goods and making packing list
  • Helping with packing of goods when needed
  • The Administrator will enter orders in to our bespoke computer software program

Our client is looking for excellent organisational skills, good understanding of commercial practice ie, profit and loss is reflected in the buying and selling price of a quotation, a basic understanding of mathematics, good telephone manner as will be speaking to UK and European suppliers/manufacturers when obtaining quotes for our customer quotation.
