Telesales Agents
Telesales Agents required for busy Contact Centre in Plymouth. Outbound calls to be made by telesales, to secure appointments for our sales teams. Sales Agents, Telesales Executive and Telesales Agents will make Outbound calls throughout the shift, to achieve set targets and sales leads.
What the Role is
• Outbound Sales Calls
• Engaging with New and Existing customers
• Overcoming Objections, Upselling and Rapport Building
• Target orientated, working towards Meeting and Exceeding Targets
• Securing valid appointments and generating lead opportunities for our Sales team to visit
Skills & Experience Required
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and Articulate on the phone - Talkers needed
• Strong customer focus, demonstrated in a previous role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work within a KPIs driven environment
